不同剂量顺铂的PV方案综合治疗鼻咽癌114例临床分析

摘　　要：报道瓜剂量（２０ｍｇ／ｄ×５）与中剂量（５０ｍｇ／ｄ×２）顺铂加长春新碱（ＶＣＲ）（１．５ｍｇ／ｄｄ１，８）的ＰＶ方案与常规放疗联合应用治疗鼻咽癌１１４例。其中，低剂量顺铂组７３例，中剂量顺铂组４１例，两组综合治疗（ＰＶ加放疗）有效率分别为９３．１％及９７．５％，但统计学处理差异无显著性，两组病例化疗后的毒副反应发生率差异也无显著性，但中剂量组具有方法简便，患者易于接受的优点，可作为ＮＰＣ的辅助化疗。Hundred and fourteen patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated.The patients were devided into two groups.A group patients(73 cases) were treated by medium-dose DDP(DDP 50mg/d×2),plus VCR(1.5mg/g d 1,8) and radiotherapy.B group patients(41 cases) were treat by low-dose DDP (DDP 20mgl/d×5).Results:The active rate(CR+PR) in A and B group were 97.5% and 93.1% respectively (P>0.05).The incidence of leucopennia,vomitus and nephrotoxicity was no significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05).But the method was simple and easily accepted by patients in the B group.It is indicated that the method of medium-dose group may be as an assistant method in the basopharyngeal chemotherapy.
