食道癌肉瘤(附4例报告)

摘　　要：癌肉瘤是一种少见的恶性肿瘤,由上皮和中胚层成份组成。它最常发生在子宫、亦见于肺、咽及食道,食道癌肉瘤可区分为息肉样型和浸润型、我们的4例属于息肉样型,4例中3例有蒂。3例肿瘤起源于食道中三分之一。1例在下三分之一。食道X线检查表现为各种不同大小的不规则的息肉样肿瘤。Carcinosarcoma is a rare malignant neoplasma composec of both epithelial and mesodermal elements. It occurs most frequenttly in the uterus, also in thel ung, pharynx and esophagus.Carcinosarcoma of the esophagus may be divided into polypoid and filtrating types, 4 cases belong to the polypoid type. 3 of 4 cases showed pedicle. The tumors originated in the one third of middle of esophagus (3 cases), in one third of the lower esophagus (1 case). X-Ray examination of esophagus revealed an irregular polypoid tumor of various size.
