选择性支气管造影对肺野块影的诊断

摘　　要：为探索38例肺野块影的诊断,作了选择性支气管造影,切除标本支气管造影及ABS塑料铸形的三重对比研究。显影及形态学表现分为直接诊断征和间接诊断征。在24例周围型肺癌的直接诊断征出现率为70％间接诊断征为41.6％。14例肺结核瘤及其它肿块只出现间接诊断征。24例肺癌切除标本造影的阳性征象较高,直接征象为83％,间接征象为58.2％。10例ABS铸型肺癌标本,阳性征象最高,直接和间接征象均为80％。因此,选择性支气管造影针对性强、方法简便、效果良好,对周围型肺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要意义。For the diagnosis of peripheral mass of lung, 38 cases studied with triple contrast method. 24 cases with peripheral carcinoma were studied with selective bronchiography and the manifestation can be classified as direct (70％) and indirect siras (41.6％). 14 cases with tuberculasis and other masses only show indirect signs Bronchiography was performed in the resected specimen of lung in 24 cases,show higher direct signs(83％) and indirect diagnosis signs(58.2％).10 spectmen of ABS plastic mould show highest both direct and indirect signs were 80％. Thus, alterations in the monphology of bronchus are of significances for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of peripheral carcinoma.
