肺良性肿瘤X线诊断(附20例报告)

摘　　要：本文报告经手术,病理证实的肺良性肿瘤20例。其中错构瘤11例,支气管腺瘤1例,乳头状腺瘤3例,平滑肌瘤1例,肺畸胎瘤1例,海绵状血管瘤1例,肺动静脉瘘1例,多发性肺动脉瘤1例。文章介绍了这20例肺良性肿瘤的临床及X线表现。本文重点讨论了良性肺肿瘤的发病率,肺错构瘤、支气管腺瘤,肺动静脉瘘及肺畸胎瘤的病理、临床及X线表现。并提出肺良性肿瘤与肺癌的鉴别要点。The paper presented 20 pathologically confirmed cases of benign tumor of lung including hamartoma 11 cases, bronchial adenoma I case, papillary adenoma 3 cases, liomyoma 1 case, teratoma 1 case, cavernous hemangioma 1 case,pulmonary arterivenous fistula 1 case and multiple aneurysm of pulmonary artery 1 case. This paper described the clinical and X-ray features of the 20 cases. The incidence of pulmonary benign tumor was recorded. The pathology, clinical and X-ray features of hamartoma, bronchial adenoma, pulmonary arteriovenous fistula and etratoma were discussed. Besides, the main point of the distinguishment between benign tumor and cancer of lung was also proposed.
