中国东北蒿属叶表皮特征研究Ⅰ──龙蒿组的研究

摘　　要：用光镜和扫描电镜对东北蒿属（Ａｒｔｅｍｉｓｉａ）龙蒿组（Ｓｃｔ．ＤｒａｃｕｎｃｕｌｕｓＢｅｓｓ．）五种、四变种，一变型１０个分类单位的叶表皮特征进行了研究，发现基本细胞类型、气孔类型。气孔排列方式，保卫细胞蜡质纹饰、气孔拱盖表面及内缘等特征对该组植物的鉴别很有意义。表皮毛的差异较小。并根据其特征制定出检索表．The leaf surface of 10 taxa,including 5 species,4 varieties, I forms, of the Sect.Dracunculus Bess. of artemisia from northeastern China were studied under Lin and SEM. It was found that the type of surrounding cell, type of stomatal arrangement, was ornametation,outer stomatal ledre and inner margin of outer stomatal ledge possess the diagnostic value of taxa. The difference of the trichomes is lithe. Distinguished characteristics of each of 10 taxa is described in detain with a plate and figures and summarized in a classified key.
