光呼吸抑制剂──2.3─环氧丙酸钾的应用机理

摘  要:本文叙述了光呼吸抑制剂──2.3─环氧丙酸钾的性质;它能降低水稻的光呼吸;它能提高光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的活性和原初光能转化效率;提高叶绿体的PSⅡ和光系统Ⅰ(PSI)及全键(PSⅡ+PSI)的电子传递速率;提高镁离子(Mg2+)和叶绿体膜蛋白磷酸化对两个光系统之间光能分配的调节能力。结果表明了2.3-环氧丙酸钾在水稻生产上具有一定的应用价值。This paper related the physical properties on the inhibiton of photorespiration-2. 3-epoxypropionic acid potassium. The photorespiration functions of rice were obviously improved by 2,3 -epoxypropionic acid potassium.The achvity of photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ) and the efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of PSⅡ deteCted either with intact leaver or chloroplasts were enhanced by pretreatment of 2.3-epoxypropionic acid potassium. Electron transport rate of PSⅡ,photosystem Ⅰ(PSI)and the whole chain in chioroplasts were higher than those in untreated ones.It was also confirmed that the capacity of excitation energy distribution between PSⅡ and PSI which was emulated by Mg2+ or phosphorylation of chloroplast membrane proteins in pretreated rice was larger than that in the control. From these results it can be predicted that 2.3-epoxypropinoic acid potassium will have some value for praction to rice production.
