海南野生猕猴桃、子京、人心果的生化分析研究

摘　　要：对海南岛野生多果猕猴桃、海南子京、人心果的生化分析结果表明，三种野生水果的营养价值各具特色，其中多果猕猴桃具有很好的全营养价值。本文报道的数据为它们的开发利用提供了科学依据。The results of the biochemical analysis of these three kinds of wild fruits of theActintdia latifolia,Madhua haunanensis,and Manilkara zapata in Hainan indicated each charac-teristic of their different nutritive value,Among them, only the Actintdia latifolia showed itselfwith a full nutritive value,The data was given this paper provided a scientific basis for the de-velopmental utilization of these wild plants。
