摘 要:为了探讨+Gx着陆冲击造成损伤的特点,22只家犬以仰卧姿势承受了10~60Gx,30~100ms的冲击,记录了冲击平台、动物胸部、脊柱的加速度和ECG、呼吸、心内压、胸内压、腹内压、身体位移等指标。结果表明,在+Gx冲击作用下出现以肺脏、心脏为主的广泛内脏损伤。在冲击时右心房、右心室和胸腹内压都明显增加。胸部响应加速度发生超调,脊柱响应加速度低于输入。胸最大相对压缩量为44%。当胸部加速度峰值>60G、0.03s时,出现可恢复性中度损伤。实验结果对制定着陆冲击防护措施的研究是有意义的。In order to study the characteristics of injury caused by +Gx landingimpact in animals, 22 dogs were exposed to 10~60Gx ,30~100ms in supine position. Accelerations of impact platform ,thorax and spine , as well as ECG , breathing , intracar- diac , intrathoracic ,and intraabdominal pressures and thoracic displacement were record-ed. The results showed that the majority of viscera , especially lungs and heart, were in-jured. Pressure increased in right atrium , sright ventricle , stomach and esophagus during+Gx impact. There was over-shoot of acceleration at thorax but response at spine waslower than the inpu. Thorax was compressed by 44%. Mild reversible injuries appearedin thorax when acceleration exceeded 60Gx,0.03s. The results might provide referencefor studies on the mechanism of impact injury.
