浮动式液位控制装置的设计

摘　　要：在汽水二次灌装机上，为使贮液箱中的液面保持一定位置，设置一个浮子，利用液面的波动带动浮子升降，使滑阀口打开或关闭，来控制液面的高度。为节省劳动力，提高生产效率，在贮液箱上方设置一个料箱，料箱与贮液箱之间安装一个球阀、一个滑阀。工作时，球阀全部打开，滑阀处于工作状态。停机时，关闭球阀，料箱内液体不再流入贮液箱。On the two-time filling machine,the liquid level in the trunk can be keptteadily by setting a floilter.Fluctualion of the liquid level makes the floater riseand fall. By opening or shutting the slide valve,the height of the liquid levelis controlled. In order to save the labor force and raise labor productivity,a hoppercan be set over the trunk. Between the hopper and the trunk, a spherial valveand a slide vale are installed.When the machine is in work,the spherical valveis opened fully and the slide valve is in state of slide. When the machine stops,shutting the spherical valve,the liquid in the hopper doesn′t flow into the trunk.
