129例晚期胃癌化疗结果观察

摘　　要：通过对１２９例晚期胃癌化疗结果总结，证明文中报道的治疗晚期胃癌的三组化疗方案总疗效为３８．７％（５０／１２９），与文献报道的治疗晚期胃癌较好化疗方案有效率近似。三组化疗方案以ＭＦＡ（ＭＭＣ，５－Ｆｕ，ＡＤＭ）方案疗效稍高（且有两例完全缓解），有效率４４．１％（１５／３４）。ＤＶＭＦ（ＤＤＰ，ＶＣＲ，ＭＭＣ，５－Ｆｕ）方案和ＤＶＭ＋５－Ｆｕ衍生物（ＵＦＴ或ＦＴ－２０７或ＦｕｄＲ）方案有效率分别为４０．２％（２７／６７）和２８．６％（８／２８）。进一步分析治疗结果显示：化疗对贲门部癌较胃部癌疗效稍高，对术后复发转移病人的疗效较初治病人稍高，治疗胃腺癌的疗效较低分化腺癌的疗效稍高。The effects of , chemotherapy on 129 cases of advanced gastric carcinoma were reviewed.The general RR (for all the three varied schedule groups) was 38. 7 % (50/129),which was similar to those in other reports. MFA (MMC, 5-Fu, ADM) group got the highest RR (44.1%, 15/34) with 2 cases of CR. The RR of DVMF (DDP,VCR,MMC, 5-Fu) group and DVM plus 5-Fu derivatives (UFY,FT-207 or FudR) group were 40. 2% (27/62) and 28. 6% (8. 28),respectively. Furthermore the responses of cardiac carcinoma were better than those of gastric carcinoma in other parts. So the responses of the postoperative recurrence or metastasis were better than those of the primary ones. The low differentiated adenocarcinoma responsed worse than other types of adenocarcinoma.
