老年人肺腺癌80例临床分析

摘　　要：本文分析了８０例老年人肺腺癌的临床表现，发现老年组腺癌发病率显著低于非老年组，而且与吸烟关系密切。患者临床症状多，咯血者多见、胸腔积液少见，纤支镜肉眼观阳性率高，提示与非老年组腺癌有许多不同，在诊治中应加以注意。Clinical manifestations in 80 senile patients with lung adenocarcinoma are analyzed in this paper. It is found that incidence of lung adenocarcinoma in the elderly group is significantly lower than that in the non-elderly group, and is closely related with smoking. The elderly patients have more clinical symptoms, high rate of hemoptysis and low rate of pleural effusions,and high positive rate by flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy. It suggests that much difference exists between the elderly and the non-elderly groups and attention be paid in the diagnosis and treatment.
