摘 要:本文采用大鼠在体肺灌流方法,观察了钾对肺动脉压及肺血管反应性的影响。当灌流液中的KCl浓度增至6mmol·L-1时,肺动脉压无明显变化,增至9~15mmol·L-1范围内,肺动脉压呈剂量依赖性升高。以6mmol·L-1KCl灌流鼠肺,能完全消除0.05μg白三烯引起的肺血管收缩反应;也能使10ug去甲肾上腺素引起的肺动脉压升高百分率由40±6%降低到25±4%(P<0.01);使0.1μg血管紧张素Ⅱ所致的肺动脉压升高百分率由25±4%降至13±3%The effects of potassium on the pulmonary arterial pressure (Ppa) and pulmonary vascular reactivity were studied by perfusing different doses of KC1(6,9,12, 15mmol/L)in rat lung in vivo. A dose- dependent rise of Ppa was observed from 9 to 15 mmol/L of KC1,but it remained no change in 6 mmol/L of KC1.After KC1 pretreatment (6 mmol/L),pulmonary vasopressor response induced by 0.05μg LTC4 was completely abolished and the increasing percentages of Ppa induced both by noradrenaline (10μg) and by angiotensin (0.1ug) were declined from 40±6% to 25±4% (P<0.01) and from 25±4% to 13±3% (P<0.01).
