摘 要:在用电镜、免疫组化对CCl_4诱发大鼠肝纤维化过程中的贮脂细胞、纤维粘连蛋白和Ⅲ型胶原的变化作了动态观察.结果表明,实验早期在坏死灶周围即有贮脂细胞增生,中期贮脂细胞增生达到高峰并形成主要由贮脂细胞的过渡型细胞和成纤维细胞组成的早期纤维间隔.晚期贮脂细胞数目基本降至正常,形成主要由成纤维细胞组成的纤维间隔,结合电镜观察结果,提示在肝纤维化过程中,贮脂细胞可向成纤维细胞分化,并具有合成胶原蛋白的能力.而纤维粘连蛋白则可能在趋化贮脂细胞和成纤维细胞,促进胶原合成等过程中具有一定的作用.Dynamic changes of FSC, FN and Type Ⅲcollagen in experimental hepatic fibrosis induced by administration of CCl4 in rats were studied with electron microscope, immunohisto chemical techniques. It was noted that the number of FSC proliferation in middle stage was markedly higher than that in the early stage and then the number of FSC decreased to basic normal level. It was also found that transitional cells from FSC in fibre septum of the early period were transformed into fibroblasts in fibre septum of the later period, the results of electron microscope also indicated that the FSC could synthesize collagen and transform into fibroblasts in the process of hepatic fibrosis. FN could be as a chemotactic factor in the process of FSC concentration and fibroblasts formation and promoting the synthesis of colla gens.
