听神经瘤的脑干听觉诱发电位与眼震电图分析

摘　　要：对27例经病理证实为听神经瘤(AN)患者术前的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)与眼震电图(ENG)检查结果进行了分析。发现其 BAEP 均为异常,ENG 异常者22例。显示 BAEP 对 AN 的检出率高于 ENG,且 BAEP 对判断其大小更敏感,而 ENG 检查有助于定位及定性。Twenty-seven patients with acoustic neuroma,who had been confirmed by operative and pathological examination,accepted BAEP and ENG. We found all patients undergoing BAEP were abnormal,and only 22 patients undergoing ENG. The results showed that BAEP had more positive rate in acoustic neuroma than that of ENG,and BAEP had more sensitivity to define the size of the tumor than that of ENG. Nevertheless,ENG was more heneficial to the diagnosis of location and quality of the tumor,the combination of BAEP and ENG would be useful to diagnosis.
