口腔癌患者红细胞免疫粘附功能的初步研究

摘　　要：通过酵母多糖检测法对３５例口腔癌患者和２５例正常人的红细胞免疫粘附（ＲＣＩＡ）功能进行了检测，并比较了口腔癌患者颈淋巴结转移阴阳性两组的ＲＣＩＡ功能。结果显示：口腔癌患者红细胞表面的Ｃ３ｂ受体活性下降，粘附的免疫复合物含量上升。颈淋巴结转移并不会改变这种结果。Abstract Blood from 35 oral carcinoma patients and 25 normals were assayed for C3b receptor activity and IC adherenced on the surface of erythrocytes by Saccharomyceticcassay.The results showed,that C3b activity on the surface of erythrocytes was decreased in the 35 patients with Oral carcinoma。 IC adherenced on the surface of erythrocytes was increased.Cervical lymphote nodes metastases don't affect RCIA function.
