CGE（N）的合成及其在荧光分析法中的应用

摘　　要：设计和合成了一种具有荧光团，并能与含活泼氢的化合物反应的新型荧光剂４－氯萘基缩水甘油醚［ＣＧＥ（Ｎ）］，且对其结构进行了鉴定。同时研究了该新型荧光剂在溶液荧光分析法中的应用。结果显示：ＣＧＥ（Ｎ）在溶液荧光分析法中，是一种好的分析试剂，成功的检测了山慈姑中秋水仙碱的含量，有较广泛的适用性。In our laboratory we have designed andsynthesized a new fluorescent CGE(N),which has afluo-rigen and can react with active hydrogen in chemi-cal compounds.We have studied its application in solution fluo-rescence,thin-layer fluorescence and solid fluore-scence analvsis. The results have indicated that CGE(N)is a good reagent in analysis. And the example of its application in solution fluorescence analysis is givenin this paper;
