牙间食物嵌塞的临床研究及治疗

摘　　要：对８３例牙间食物嵌塞患者的主要病因、好发部位、嵌塞食物牙间间隙大小及其与临床症状的关系、治疗方法作了探讨。对其中６２例患者的疗效进行了追踪、复查，治疗效果良好。作者提出将牙间食物嵌塞分为广泛型食物嵌塞、部分型食物嵌塞、局限型食物嵌塞三类。Abstract cases with interdental impaction have been treated and analysed.The main etiology, connections between the length of interdental space and symptoms,predilection sites and treatment plan have also been discussed in details.Furthermore,a follow-up study in 62 cases showed a favouvable prognosis. The authors have academically classified the terminology of interdental food impaction into three types: extensive type, partial type and topical type.
