甲氰咪呱对阻塞性黄疸大鼠的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：阻塞性黄疸机体围手术期易感性明显高于非黄疸患者，其发病原因尚不完全清楚，作者认为可能与宿主的免疫功能变化有一定关系。Patients with obstructive jaundice have higher susceptibility to infection than non-jaundiced patients.The reason for this is not fully understood.It was Postulated that this may have some relation to changes of immune function,This article reported changes of IL-2 production and intracellular cAMp、cGMP in rats with obstructive jaundice,Meanwhile,we observed effects of cimetidine on immune functions in jaundiced rats.The results showed that IL-2 production significantly decreased and ratio of cAMP to cGMP diminished in jaundiced rats.Cimetidine could clearly increase IL-2 production and ratio of cAMP to cGMP,Cimetidine,which could marka bly improve immune function in rats with obstructive jaundice,may become a valuable drug for clinically regulating immune function in patients with ob structive jaundice.
