例复发性星形细胞瘤与原发瘤的病理形态比较研究

摘　　要：对比３２例复发性星形细胞瘤（ＲＡ）与原发性星形细胞瘤的病理形态，结果发现：２０例（６２．５％）ＲＡ在形态上较原发瘤发生了明显改变，恶性程度级别增加；１２例ＲＡ与原发瘤形态基本相似，２１例Ⅲ、Ⅳ级ＫＡ中，有１５例（７１．４％）由Ⅰ、Ⅱ级原发瘤发展而来。Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤变为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级所需要的时间较Ⅱ级长（Ｐ＜０．０１），由此揭示，肿瘤形态级别与复发时间似无明显关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）；术后放／化疗对肿瘤形态级别、复发时间亦无明显影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）。The pathologic morphological changesof 32 cases of recurrent astrocytoma (RA)and prima-ry astrocytoma were reported. During recu rrence, 20cases (62.5%)of astrocytomas transformed into casesat higher grades. Twelve cases remained at the samegrades as primary tumors. Among 21 cases of RA atgrades Ⅲ and Ⅳ, 15 cases(71.4%) came from prima-ry astrocytomas,grades Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The change fromastrocytoma grade Ⅰ to grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ took timelonger than that from grade Ⅱ to grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ. Therecurrent time of astrocytomas with different gradesshowed no statistical differences. Postoperative radio-therapy/chemotherapy did not play a major role ingrading changes and recurrent time.
