摘 要:利用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测了25例人乳腺癌组织(BCT)、6例癌旁组织(CST)及8例正常乳腺组织(NBT)的胞浆提取液同工铁蛋白(CIF)水平,结果分别为16023±15732、2467±1360及1382±647ng/mcp,BCT及CST的CIF浓度分别为NBT的11.6及1.8倍。(P<0.001及P<0.05).同时检测了96例正常健康人,68例乳腺癌病人的血清同工铁蛋白(SIF)水平,结果分别为58.7±35.8及473.3±297.3ng/ml,癌症患者约为正常人的8.1倍(P<0.001)。研究结果表明BCT的CIF水平是乳腺组织癌变的重要参数;BCT的CIF可能是SIF升高的来源,由此启示SIF可考虑作为乳腺癌的早期诊断指标。ELISA(double-determinant)was usedto evaluate the isoferritin level in the breast cancer tis -sue. The isoferritin concentration was measurd in cy-tosol extracts of 25 breast cancer tissues(BCT).6cancer surrounding tissues(CAT)and 8 normal breasttissues (NBT).With the results of 16 023±15 732,2467±1360 and 1382± 647ng/mcp(milligrams of on-tosol protein),respectively. The isoferritin concentra-tions of BCT and CST were 11.6 and 1. 8 times asmuch as that of NBT.and the differences were statis-tically significant(P<0. 001 and0. 05).The serumisoferritin level vvas also measured in 96 healthy per-sons and 68 breast cancer patients (mean 58.7±35.8and 473. 3±297. 3ng/ml) with the difference as big as8. 1 times.The results have demonstrated that thelevel of cytosol isoferritin in BCT is an important pa-rameter of breast tissue malignance and may be alsoresponsible for the serum isoferritin increase. There-fore we think that serum isoferritin may be used as amarker for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
