摘　　要：本文报告１９９１年４月至１９９３年４月，对２８例肝癌切除病人安置全埋入式药物灌注装置进行辅助化疗的方法和结果；并讨论了此法的理论基础，作用和管理维护要点。A good result of postresectional chemotherapy in 28 cases of liver cancer by completely embeded drug dilivery system was reported.The indications,function of this application to patients with liver cancer,and protections of the system were discussed.
