癫痫患儿个性特征的配对对照研究

摘　　要：为研究癫痫患儿的个性特征，本文采用艾森克个性问卷和婴儿－初中学生社会生活能力量表对５４名７～１２岁原发性全身性癫痫患儿以及５４人配对对照进行研究。结果表明癫痫患儿具有普遍情绪不稳、精神病质倾向的个性特征，具典型情绪不稳和典型精神病质者分别占１８．５１％和２２．２２％，明显高于对照组。但在内外倾向和掩饰倾向方面两组间无显著性差异。The personality characteristics of 54 children with primary generalized epilepsy (PGE) ,aged 7￣12years,and 64 normal children, matched on age, sex,educational status,familial socioeconomic status, and IQ level were assessed using Eysenck personality Questionair (EPQ, junior),The investigation revealed that epileptic children were generally charaoterized by neuroticism and paychoticism But, as regard to extroversionintroversion and lie tendency,no significant differences between epileptic children and control children were found,Among epileptics,those who received regular AED treatment were not different from those who did not receive regular AED therapy in terms of personality characteristics.
