摘  要:以脑水含量、局部脑血流(rCBF)、全血血小板聚集、心输出量(CO)、每搏出量(SV)、心率(HR)、平均血压(MAP)、外周总阻力(TPR)及心、肝、脾。肾和肾上腺局部血流量(rBF)为指标,探讨光化学法诱导的实验注血栓形成性局部脑缺血时全血血小板功能改变对心功能的影响及其机理。结果表明,光化学反应后4小时,全血血小板聚集明显增强(p<0.01),CO、SV降低(p<0.05);24小时rCBF、CO、SV及心肌rBF均明显减少,TPR及脑水含量明显增加(p<0.01);24小时后,心血管指标的改变随血小板聚集的减弱而逐渐恢复至对照水平。提示血小板功能改变在脑血栓形成所致心功能异常中起重要作用。n order to study the mechanism of cardiac insufficiency in thrombotic cereb- ral ischemia,a new photochemically method was employed to cause regional cereb- ral thrombosis in the stat. The changes of brain water content, regional cerebralblood flow(rCBF),whole blood platelet aggregation, cardiac output(CO), strokevolume(SV),heart rate(HR),mean blood pressure(MAP),total preipheral resistanc(TPR)and the regional blood flow (rBF)in heart,liver,spleen,kidney and adrenalwere measured and the effects of alteration of platetlet aggregation on cardiacfunotion in cerebral thrombosis have been discussed these results showed that thewhole blood platelet aggregation increaased markedly(p<0.01)and CO,SV decreased(p<0.05)in 4 hours;the rCBF,CO,SV and myocardial blood flow were significantlyreduced and TPR,brain water content increased markedly(p<0.01)in 24 hours;thecardiovasular parameters began to return to the control level with platelet aggre- gation reduced after 24 hours.The results suggest that increased platelet aggregationmay play an important pole in cerebral thrombosis leading to the cardiac abnorma-lities.
