摘 要:采用放射免疫分析技木测定了沙土鼠急性脑缺血不同时程和缺血后重灌流不同时间血浆β-内啡肽含量的动态变化。结果表明:脑缺血15min、60min、120min血浆β-内啡肽含量显着升高。急性脑缺血30min后重灌流90min,实验组和单纯脑缺血120min组相比,血浆β-内啡肽含量明显降低。提示测定血液或脑脊液中β-内啡肽含量的动态变化规律,有利于脑中风患者的临床诊治和预后判断。急性脑缺血30min后重灌流90min,有利于沙土鼠神经组织的功能恢复。Dynamic changes of β-EP content in Plasma was measured by RIA in gerbi is following acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The resulits sho wed that β-EP content of gerbilsin plasma increased significantly in cerebrali schemia 30min. 60 min. and 120 min. groups. while in the cerebral ischernia 30 min.followiug reperfusion 30 min. and 90 min. groups remarkably decreased compared with that of ischemia 60min. and 120min. groups. It is suggested that to measure the content of β-Ep in plasma and CF is benificial to diagnos and treat the stroke. Recovering the normal function of nervous tissue is advantage by reperfusion followed cerebral ischemia;30 min. in Mongolian gerbils.
