THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND EVOKED POTENTIAL APPLYING FOR VIBRATION-INDUCED NEUROPATHY

摘  要:本文包括动物实验和人体研究两部分。以白色成年家兔为实验对象,给予不同频率、不同强度的振动负荷,在接振前和接振后15k、30天、60天测定SSEP、SCV、MCV的变化,并对大脑单胺类神经递质、肾上腺儿茶酚胺类激素和骨骼肌能量物质进行了分析。又以振动性白指患者、接振工人和健康人为对象,分别给予一定量的振动负荷,在负荷前后测定SSEP、BAEP和VEP,进行振动负荷前后的组间比较和自身对照分析。结果表明,上述指标在振动负荷后均发生不同程度的变化。说明在振动作用下,出现了中枢及外周神经功能和器质损害以及神经递质和某些能量物质的改变;可以确立振动性神经病这一新概念。在振动病防治研究中突破了振动性白指的局限性。The experimental rabbits were given vibration loadings with different freqency and intensity by vibration table in special laboratory condition, The SSEP,SCV and MCV of rabbits exposed to different vibration levevel were measured separately before and after vibration loadings on 15th、30th、60th days by DENTEC 2000c Neuronatic. The contents of monoamine neurotransmiters in cerebrum of rabbits, the contents of catecholamine in adrenal of rabbits and the contents of ATP, ADP and AMP in muscle of rabbits exposed local vibration for 60 days were analysed separately. The SSEP, BAEP and VEP of patients with vibration-induced white finger,workers exposed to hand-arm vibration and healthy workers were measured before and after vibration loadings. The results show that most of above mentioned indexes in experimental subjects were changed significantly than control subjects, especially afetr vibration loadings. The central and peripheral nerve functions were dameged by vibration exposure. This study determined a new concept about vidration-induced neuropathy break through a limitation of vibration white finger in the research field of vibration syndrome.
