摘  要:本文利用 JEM—120EX 透射电镜观察脑瘫患儿脑组织各部位的超微结构改变。结果证明,脑干神经核、皮质、灰质团块的神经元结构有显著的溃变性改变。白质中可见神经纤维变性及髓鞘分离现象,电子密度不均呈节段性改变。前庭、下橄榄核、迷走神经核、上丘、基底节、桥脑、小脑、皮质运动区也有组织学改变。Ⅰ型突触多见,Ⅱ型突触少见,突触前突起中应有的细胞器少见,小泡减少,突触前、后膜电子密度不均。婴儿围产期的损伤导致脑出血、缺氧认为是脑瘫的原因,所见的组织改变为损伤性修复的结果,表现的均为膜性结构变化。此结果可供临床治疗脑瘫作为参考,并为将某些药物列入治疗应用提供了理论依据。The ultrastruetural changes of various tissues in the patients with Cerebral palsy were studied by using JEM—1200 EX transmission electron microscope in this paper.Our results showed there were obvious degenarative changes of neurons in brain stem nerve nuclus, cortex and gray matter ball.There were nerve fiber degenaration and demyelinating phenomena in white matter,with the segmental change of heterogeneous electron density. Also some changes were found in vestibulum,inferior olivary nucleus,vagus nerve nucleus, superior colliculus,basal ganglion,pons,Cerebellumand motor area of cortex.There were more Ⅰ synapse,less Ⅱ synapse,less organelle,heterogeneous electron density between presynapse and postsynapse.It was generally reeogninged that Cerebral Palsy was due to cerebral hemorrhage hypoxia from the damage in perinatal period in infants.Traumatic renovation was found as manbranous structural change.Our reaults could provide the reference to the treatment of cerebral plasy and also as the theoretical basis for clinical application of some drugs.
