P^(53)在直肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达

摘　　要：用免疫组织化学方法检测 P^(53)在23例直肠癌及癌旁组织的表达。结果直肠癌 P^(53)表达为11/23(47.8%)而癌旁组织仅为1//23(4.3%)。标记定位于肿瘤细胞核。阳性病例中,40%以上的细胞被标记。本组资料提示:直肠癌 P^(53)的过度表达与组织分化程度、Dukes 分期及淋巴结转移无关。23 cases of rectal carcinoma and pericancancerous nontumor samples were examined for expressions of p^(53) by immunohistochemical technigue Results showed that 11/23 (47.8%)of rectal carcinoma and 1/23(4.3%)of the pericancerous nontumor rectal tissue express p^(53) Staining was confined to malignant nuclei In the proportion of nuclei which contained P^(53)40% of nuclei or more were stained in all positive cases The present data suggest that the P^(53)over expression in the carcinoma has norations to tissue differention,the Dukes stage and Iymphonode metastasis.
