摘　　要：本文在液压挖掘机系统结构分析的基础上，提出了各子系统检测参数故障的级别和类型的设置方法，故障查找策略和相应的标识方法。给出了基于系统结构分析的故障经验库的生成方法，进一步探讨了各系统参数之间的相关性，并应用于故障原因定位，从而实现故障原因大致定位。Based on structural analysis of hydraulic excavator system, this paper first introduces the identification of the faults which includes ways to set fault grade and type,policy of fault searching and the bit marks of fault. Thed the paper discusses the generation of fault reason based upon experience and studies the correlativity among the detected parameters, which are used, respectively, for reasoning the fault and approximately localizing the origins of the fault.
