矮秆广亲和水稻种质428dm的特性鉴定

摘　　要：矮秆广亲和水稻种质４２８ｄｍ的特性鉴定李传国，李和标，仲维功，陈忠明，邹江石关键词：矮源；水稻；广亲和性１９９０年，在广亲和半矮秆水稻０２４２８［‘］的１个株系群中发现１株丛生矮秆突变体并取名为４２８ｄｉｎ。试验鉴定了４２８ｄｉｎ的部分特性。ｌ材料和...A dwarf mutant 428dm was found in a population of the japonica wide-compatibility rice germplasm 02428. It still maintains the wide compatibility of 02428 when crossed with both indica and japonica varieties. In other characters like growth and development stages, grain shape, and reaction to phenol, there is no difference found either between 428dm and 02428,except that in plant stature 428dm is significantly shorter than 02428. The plant height of the 428dm line was, on average, 46. 33± 2. 08 cm with two obvious prolonged internodes only. The panicle length was around 14. 17±0. 70 cm. The lengths of the first and the second internodes next to the panicle were 23. 83±2. 17 cm and 5. 57± 1. 60 cm, respectively. The results show that the 428dm dwarfness is recessively inherited in the F1 of 428dm × 02428. However, the relationships between 428dm and other identified dwarf sources, especially the sd-1 gene-containing indica source, remain to be investigated.
