摘　　要：直肠下段癌185例，其中181例施行了腹会阻联合切除术。所有病例均术后辅助化疗，主要药物为氟脲嘧啶，其中30例进行术后辅助放疗（42－65Gy）。全组5年生存率，局部复发率和远处转移率分别为78．49±4．07％，27．03％和11．89％。Adjuvant therapy in addition to surgical resection of the lower rectal cancer was discussed. Of 185cases, abdominoperineal resection was per formed in 181 cases. All cases were subjected to postoperative adjuvantchemotherapy, with fluorouracil as the main chemotherapeutic agent. Postoperative adjuvant irradiation therapy(42-65Gy) was applied in 30 cases. The 5-year survival rate, local recurrence rate and distant metastatic rate ofthe group were 87. 49±4. 07%, 27. 03% and 11. 89% respectively.
