军队汽车驾驶员职业适宜性评价方法的探讨

摘　　要：本项研究调查了全军２４０７名汽车驾驶员的心理素质，测试指标９项。因子分析和相关分析表明，瑞文标准推理测验、选择反应时、深度知觉、场依存性、动作稳定性与驾驶员的能力有关，且具有较好的效度与信度。我们认为，上述５项指标可以用于汽车驾驶员的选拔和作业能力的评估。n this research the psychological diathesis of 2407 drivers were studi-ed,Nine test indices were used.According to the factorial and correla-tion analysis,the revised Revan’s Progressive Matrices,the time of choice reaction,the deep perception,the field interdependence and the action sta-bility were well correlated to the capability of drivers,and the validity and reliability were good,We think that the above mentioned five indices may be used to select the drivers and to evaluate their occupational ability.
