银杏种子氨基酸成分和微量元素的测定

摘　　要：本文分析４个银杏品种种子中的氨基酸成分和微量元素的含量。其中含有人体所必需的１２种营养元素，氨基酸的总含量高达５．５３％─９．０６％。The constituents of amino acids and the contents of microelements in the seed offour ginkgo cultivars, Ginkgo biloba,were determined.Twelve nutrient elements were present which are indispensable to human health.The total content of amino acids amounted to as muchas 5. 53─9.06%. It was concluded that the ginkgo seed is a valuable nut with rich nutrition andgood medical effect.
