下颌牙槽骨的测量研究

摘　　要：在男、女各３０例成人下颌骨体标本上，对下颌前牙区、颏孔区及后牙区牙槽骨的高度及其间距进行了测量和统计学处理．并分别计算了各区牙槽骨高度均值与颏孔下缘至下颌下缘的高度均值间及与下颌体长度均值间的指数。为下颌牙槽嵴增高术提供了参考数据和一种简便估计萎缩下颌牙槽骨未被吸收时的高度以及无牙颌牙槽骨垂直向吸收量的方法。Abstract The heights and lengthes of the dental alveoli ofmandible in the anterior, mental foramen and poste rior dental regions have been inverstigated on 30men's and 30 women's mandibles. The data havebeen statistically processed. The indexes of the ave olar ridge heights.height lenthes and lenthes of themandibles have been calculated in each region. Theresult of this article may provide a refrence date anda simple method for the measurement of the originalheights of the alveolar ridges in edentulous patientsand it also provides a method to measure the resorp tion quantity of the edentulous alveolar ridges in vertical direction.
