顺铂、平阳霉素、长春新碱术前诱导治疗口腔颌面鳞癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：本文报告１９８７年１月～１９９０年１２月，作者应用顺铂、平阳霉素、长春新碱，术前诱导治疗口腔颌面部鳞癌６６例，其ＣＲ＋ＰＲ为７８．９％。顺铂剂量为４０ｍｇ／ｍ２、８０ｍｇ／ｍ２、１２０ｍｇ／ｍ２其缓解率为３７．５％、６０．０％、９０．６％，大剂量顺铂组优于其它剂量组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。化疗的主要毒副反应有消化道反应、骨髓抑制、脱发，而肾、肝、心和神经系统反应较轻。晚期口腔颌面部鳞癌术前诱导化疗以一疗程为宜。Abstract The short term effects and toxicity of preoperativeinductive chemotherapy (DDP+PYM +VCR) wereobservedt in 66 cases with squamous cell carcinomafrom January 1987 to December 1990.Threeschedules of administration have been used forDDP,40mg/m2, 80mg/m2 and 120mg/m2.Theresults showed that,the rate of remission was 37.5%.60% and 90.6%:CR or PR was 78. 8%:thehighdosage cisplatin (DDP ) was better than thelower levels (P<0. 05 ).The primary symptoms ofDDP toxicity were myelosuppression, nauses andvomiting, and alopecia.It should be advised that acourse of preoperative inductive chernotherapy wasmore suitable.
