摘 要:作者以细菌致牙釉质脱钙、脱磷的能力表示细菌的脱矿力,用生化分析法测定比较了变形链球菌、血液链球菌、乳杆菌、粘性放线菌和唾液链球菌的脱矿力。结果发现五种受试菌中,乳杆菌的脱矿力最大.其次是变形链球菌。细菌脱矿力与细菌接触碳水化合物的时间呈相关关系,即时间愈长;细菌的脱矿力愈大。根据以上实验结果,作者提出①脱矿力是细菌致龋的一个多数,要准确判断细菌的致龋力,需要综合分析细菌的各种生物特性;②减少碳水化合物的摄入,缩短碳水化合物在口腔、牙面上的停留时间,能减弱细菌的脱矿力,这是龋病防治的重要途径之一。Abstract Decalcification and dephosphate produced bybacteria were used to express bacterialdemineralization.The aim of this study was tocompare demineralizations of streptococcus mutans(serotype C),streptococcus sanguis,streptococcussalivarius, lactobacillus easel and actinomyces.Thecalcium and phosphate contents were analysed bymicrobio-chemical method.The results showedthat the demineralization of lactobacillus easel wasthe largest,next streptococcus mutans.There wasa relationship between the demineralization and thetime which bacteria contact cabohydrates. Thelonger time,the larger demineralization.According to the results,the authorssuggested that demineralization was a veryimportant parameter representing bacterialcariogenicity.If carbohydrate intake and remaintime in oral cavity or on tooth surfaces werecontrolled,the demineralization of oral bacteriacould be decreased.It is one of the important canesprevention ways.
