摘  要:磁瓦是铁氧体永磁材料的主要产品之一,应用于许多领域。在磁场成型过程中,常因磁瓦毛坯的裂纹以及密度分布不均匀等问题,影响了磁瓦的正常生产。本文从瓦形模具中的磁场强度分布及磁粉在模具中的装填两个方面,分析了磁瓦毛坯的裂纹和密度分布不均匀的原因。提出采用浮动内上模结构、改变压制方式以及在上模端面加不导磁材料等办法,使磁瓦毛坯密度分布均匀,并解决了磁瓦的裂纹问题。Magnetic arch is o ne of the ma i n products of ferrite permanent materials which are widely used in many fields. In the course of pressing magnet-ic field, the normal production of mag netic arch is often i nfluenced by the com-pact cracking and inhomogeneous distribution of density,In this paper,the reason of compact cracki ng a nd inhomogeneous distri bution of densit y is discussed in two aspect (i.e. magnetic field strength distribution a nd magnetic powder filled in the die).It has been put forward usi ng the structure of floati ng i nner upper pu nch, changi ng pressing method and addi ng the no n-magnet-condu cti ng material n the surface of the upper pu nch. The results i ndicated that the compact den-sity is well-distributed and the cracks are removed.
