井下电动铲运机无触点节电型起动控制装置的设计研究

摘　　要：目前国内外井下电动铲运机电气系统均采用触点式起动器和保护器，不仅耗电大，而且经常烧坏触点，导致设备停产。针对这些缺点，作者研究设计了一种无触点节电型起动控制装置。本文全面介绍了这一新型装置的基本原理和各种保护功能，为井下电动铲运机和其它机电设备的起动控制提供参考。At present,the electric systems of underground electric- loader poweredLHDs,which were made in China and other countries,used the contact starters and break-ers,with the result that the power consumption was high atld the contacts were failed con-stantly.As viewed from these problems,the authors have developed a power-saving typecontactless starting control device.This paper describes in detail the basic principles andprotection functions of this new device,which can be used as a reference for the startingcontrol of underground elecfric-powered LHDs and other electromechanical equipment.
