异佛司可林、毛果芸香碱和噻吗洛尔滴眼对兔眼房水动力学的影响  

Effects of Topically Administered Isoforskolin,Pilocarpine,and Timolol on Aqueous Humor Dynamics in Rabbits

摘　　要：本实验比较观察了异佛司可林（ｉｓｏｆ）混悬液和毛果芸香碱（ｐｉｌｏ）、噻吗洛尔（ｔｉｍｏ）溶液滴眼对兔眼房水动力学指标眼内压（ＩＯＰ）、房水流量（Ｆ）和流畅系数（Ｃ）的影响．结果显示，２％ｐｉｌｏ和０．５％ｔｉｍｏ均使ＩＯＰ下降，但降压机制不同，前者降ＩＯＰ时伴有Ｃ增大，后者伴Ｆ减少．然而，ｉｓｏｆ对ＩＯＰ的影响与浓度相关：０．０５％ｉｓｏｆ降低ＩＯＰ；ｌ％ｉｓｏｆ却使ＩＯＰ升高，Ｆ相应增加，但Ｃ没有改变．后一现象的原因尚不清楚，推测和其舒张血管平滑肌作用有关．he effects of 0.05%,l%isoforskolin(isof)suspentions and 2% pilocarpine(pilo),0.5% timolol(timo)solutions,on infraocular pressure(IOP)were investigated by topicaladministration in rabbits.Both pilo and timo lowered IOP significantly,but they had differ-ent mechanisms.Pilo increased outflow facility whereas timo decreased aqueous flow rate.However,the response of IOP to isof was dependent on its concentration. At a concentrationof l%,it elevated IOP with the increase of aqueous flow rate,but the outflow facility did notchange. On the other hand 0.05% isof lowered IOP.The reason that isof at higher concentra-tion can increase IOP is unknown,but we speculate it may be attributed to the relaxation ofvascular smooth muscles in ciliary body.
