胃癌单抗检测活检粘膜组织833例结果分析

摘　　要：应用胃癌单抗对833例内窥镜活检组织进行免疫学检查,胃癌的检出率为81.6％;胃溃疡为32.7％;肠化生性萎缩性胃炎为40％;食道和结肠腺癌分别为60％和62.5％,与单纯性萎缩性胃炎和浅表性胃炎的检出率相比有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结果表明用胃癌单抗检测活检粘膜组织中的癌细胞以及具有癌细胞相关抗原的癌前病变组织反应灵敏,如果与内窥镜及常规病理学联合应用,会提高早癌的检出率。An immunological study of McAb 1d1 -2 against gastric cancer was performed in 833 gastroscopy biopsy mucosa specimens. The McAb recated with 81. 6% of gastric cancer;32. 7% of gastric ulcer;40. 4% of intestinal type atrophic gastritis;60. 0% of esophageal carcinomas and 62. 5% of colonic adenocarcinomas. The reactivity of upper cases had a significantly greater difference than the simple atrophic gastritis and the surface gastritis (P Less than 0. 01) The results suggested that this method was so simple that it might examine carcinous cells stored in the biopsy mucosa specimens as well as precancerous tissue contained tumor - associated antigen. If this method combined with gastroscopy and pathology,it wiuld exalt the ratio of examination primary carcinomas.
