摘 要:通过对原油电脱水(脱盐)绝缘棒棒内最大电场强度计算和多次电击穿试验,分析了在生产中绝缘棒被击穿不是由于电场强度过高而造成的两种“异常现象”,指出“放电”是造成击穿的主要原因。最后提出两方面的主要改进措施:(1)棒芯抽真空,注入绝缘液排尽空气;(2)用金属凸台接地,使棒内电场分布接近同轴圆柱电场。改进后的绝缘棒经国家绝缘子避雷器质量监督检验测试中心实测,满足了使用要求。Maxium electric field intensity inside the insulating bar in crude electrostatic desaltor was calculated and electric breakdown tests were carried out. After analyzing , it was found that electric discharging is the main cause of breakdown. Two major improving measures were proposed: (1) Vacuumizing the core of the bar and filling insulation liquid to displace the air inside completely; (2) Grounding with a raised metal plate to make the electric field distribution inside the bar approaching to that of the coaxial cylinder. The improved insulating bar was inspected by the State Quality Control and Inspecting Centre of Insulators and Lightning Arresters and met the operation requirements.
