摘  要:本文首次将罗丹明6G应用于镉的荧光熄灭法测定,由于体系中加入β-环糊精后稳定性大大改变,克服了罗丹明类试剂常用的卒取体系的一些缺点.在加入H_3PO_4、碘化钾-抗坏血酸、β-环糊精和罗丹明6G后,可在水相中直接用荧光法测定镉、方法灵敏、线性范围为0~0.6μg/25ml,常见离子中Bi^(?)、Pd^(?)、Hg^(2+)干扰测定,可应用于经分离后岩矿试样中镉的测定和环境水样中镉的直接测定.A new quenching-fluorescence method for the determination of Cd^(2+) with rhodamine 6G is reported in this paper. The addition of appropriate amount of β-cyclodextrin improves the stability of the reaction system remarkably. After the addition at phosphoric acid,potassium iodide.ascorbic acid,β-cyclodextrin and rhodamine 6G.the fluorescence determination can be carried out in water solution.thus avoids the tedious procedure of solvent extraction. The proposed method has a relatively high sen-silivity. Linearity is maintained in concentration range of 0~0. 6(μg/25ml. Among the common co-existing cations.only Bi^(3+)、 Pd and Hg^(2+) are found to interfere the determination. It can be applied to the analysis of evironmental water samples and ores or rocks. But in the latter cases.due to the presence of interfering elements,separations are necessary.
