摘　　要：通过对DB-120无捻并丝机单丝张力的测试,分析了该机梳形张力调节器的调节性能及压片式张力器中断头的原因,提出了梳形张力调节器改用弹簧代替重锤、增加阻尼及加设单丝压片式张力器的改进意见。On the basis of single yarn tension tests made on the Twistless DoublingMachine DB-120, this paper analyses the regulating performance of the comb-shapedtensioner and the cause of end-breaking on presser bit tensioner, and suggestsreplacing weight by spring on the comb-shaped tensioner for higher damp, andsetting additional presser bit tensioner for single yarns.
