眶内与鼻窦炎性假瘤12例报告

摘　　要：报告１２例眶内炎性假瘤。７例行ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ检查，其中５例眶内及筛窦同时显示有类肿瘤样高密度影。１２例全部接受肾上腺皮质类固醇治疗，接受系统治疗的５例（４１．７％）症状与体征消失；未接受系统治疗的７例中５例（４１．７％）因假瘤扩大症状加重，经眶或鼻外开筛进路作假瘤切除后，继续适当给予类固醇治疗而愈。并对本病的病因、病理、诊断与治疗进行了讨论。cases of intraorbital and intrasinal inflammatory pseudotumor were reported.7 cases were examed by CT or MRI,among them 5 cases appeared the tumor-like high density shadow in intraorbits and intraethmoids simutaneously. All the 12 cases were treated with corticoids,symptoms and sigins were disappeared in 5 cases(41.6%).In 7 cases who were not treated with systematic corticoids,symptoms became worse in 5 cases(41.6%)due to the enlarged inflammatory pseudotumor.These patients were cured by using proper corticoids after transorbital or transethmoidal approach for the resection of pseudotumor.
