胸膜间皮瘤伴膈肌翻转造成CT误诊两例原因分析

摘　　要：本文报告两例恶性胸膜间皮瘤引起膈肌翻转误诊为腹内及胸膜联合病变的病例，通过误诊原因分析认为：如果膈肌附近病变不易判定其起源时，应想到膈肌翻转的可能性，采用矢状面重建可以清楚地观察到膈肌以及病变和膈肌的关系，如发生于左侧，还可通过胃底气钡双对比造影显示膈肌，从而判定病变的起源。Two cases of malignant pleural mesothelioma with hemidiaphrame inversion misdiagnosed for intrathoracic disease or thoracico-abdominal disease were reported. By analysing the misdiagnosis reasons, author considered that when estimating the origine of peridiaphram disease was difficult, hemidiaphram inversion should be thought of; sagittal reconstruction could see the diaphram and the relation between lesions and diaphram. If the lesion occured in left, the diaphram could be showed by air-barium double contrast of gastric bottom.
