蛔虫性绞窄性肠梗阻的X线诊断

摘　　要：本文对１１例经手术证实的蛔虫性绞窄性肠梗阻进行了回顾性分析，提出：（１）蛔虫团影与扩张肠曲解剖位置异常；（２）蛔虫团的虫腔内呈细线状透明影；（３）蛔虫团影较大。Ｘ线与临床相结合，对诊断蛔虫性绞窄性肠梗阻有重要意义。着重描述了蛔虫团影在诊断中的价值。Eleven cases of strangulated ascaris intestinal obstruction proved surgically were retrospectively analyzed.The authors proposed:(1)Anatomic site abnormality of worm bolus with distended bowel;(2)Within the lumen of worm bolus present fine linear radiolucent shadpws.And (3)the worm bolus of intestinal strangulation were bigger than that of single ascaris intestinal obstruction.X-ray findings of worm bolus in combination with clinic manifestations are important in the diagnosis of strangulated ascaris intestinal obstruction.
