摘  要:本文利用MRI能显示液体波动的特点,对39例不同类型的脊髓空洞(SM)进行了MRI观察,发现95%的交通性SM和78%的特发性SM内液体具有波动性,而外伤性SM内液体未见波动。并进一步分析了SM内液体波动或静止的机理,提出了SM内液体波动的有无是判定SM处于活动期或静止期及评价手术效果的重要指征。MRI ability of showing fluid pulsation was used to evaluate intrasyrinx fluid pulsation in 39 cases of the syringomyelia(SM)with different types.The fluid pulsation within the syrinx cavities were seen in 95% and 78% cases of the communicating and idiopathic SM respectively;whereas,it's absent in the traurnatic SM.The mechanisms for both syrinx pulsation and nonpulsation were proposed.It's indicated that the fluid dynamic features obseroed by MRI within the syrinx might prove to be a valuable indicator for(1)determining the SM states(active or static);and(2)evaluating the effects of the syinx shunting procedures.
