摘　　要：根据Ｂｉｎｄｅｒ的醉酒分类标准，对１９例刑事案例进行司法精神病学鉴定，其中单纯醉酒６例（３１．６％），复杂醉酒１０例（５２．６％），病理醉酒３例（１５．８％），并结合实际案例对Ｂｉｎｄｅｒ的醉酒诊断标准进行了讨论。AbstractAccording to Binder's classification and criteria of drunkenness,19 cases have been judicial expertized.A- mong these,6 cases were common drunken state(31.6%),10 cases were complex drunkennees(52.6%)and 3 cases were pathological drunkenness(15.8%).Combined with practice,some discussions about Binder's diagnos- tic criteria of drunkenness have been made.
