膀胱再生术后出现的若干问题与处理

摘　　要：对9例行膀胱再生术患者,随访1～6年（平均44月）,术后出现的问题主要是膀胱癌复发、肾积水、再生膀光功能欠佳、肺转移癌和再生膀胱自发性破裂。并对术后发生的这些问题的处理进行讨论。提出膀胱癌患者膀胱全切术后不宜行膀胱再生术。9 cases bladder regneration have been reported, followed up for 1 to 6 years with average ' 44 months. All of them have compications. The main ones are reccurence of cancer ,hydronephrosis due to vesicoureteral reflex, unsatisfied function of regeneration bladder. We discussed the post-operative complications and their treatments. We realize that patients with cancer of the bladder should be careful of bladder regeneration after cystectomy, there by preventing post-operative complications.
