摘　　要：报告儿童多发性硬化１５例，占同期住院ＭＳ患者的８．１％。年龄在１０岁以下者占４．３％，高于西方国家之０．３％。从临床表现、病程的缓解复发和病变部位多发等方面分析，除癫痫发作频度高、病程相对短、脑干受累多于脊髓外，其余均与成人ＭＳ所见相似。AbstractMultiple sclerosis(MS) is rather rare during childhood in western countries.However,it hasbeen observed in 8.17%of 185 Chinese patients.15 cases below the age of 15 were presentedand their clinical features were analysed in detail. The optic nerve was the most frequent site of in-volvement.The brain stem was more frequently affected than the spinal cord. Clinical presenta-tion was essentially similar to what observed in adult except more frequent involvement of the brain stem.
