摘　　要：本文报道４０例脑梗塞、３２例脑出血与５２例健康人对照的脂蛋白（ａ）［Ｌｐ（ａ）］、ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＨＤＬ２－Ｃ、ＨＤＬ３－Ｃ、ＡｐｏＡ、ＡｐｏＢ１００、ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ１００、红细胞胆固醇（Ｅｒｙ－Ｃｈ）的测定结果，提示不同的脂代谢异常，导致不同的血管病理结局。特别指出，Ｌｐ（ａ）是反映脑梗塞脂代谢异常的突出指标，其对脑梗塞与脑出血的鉴别及其发病机理探讨有一定价值。AbstractWe estimated the blood levels of Lp(a)and other lipids in 40 patients with cerebral infarc-tion(27 men,13 women,mean age 65.6±9.7 years),32 patients with cerebral hemorrhage(25 men,7 women,mean age 64.4±12.9 years)and in 50 heslttiy controls(30 men ,20 women,mean age 60. 14±5. 9 years).Patients with cerebral infarction had significantly higher levels of Lp(a),ApoB and TG,and lower levels of HDL-c,HDL2-C.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage had significantly higher levels of ApoB,and lower levels of TC , HDL-c and HDL2-c than control suBJects.The Lp(a),TG levels of cerebral infarction group were significantly elevated wtien compared with those of cerebral hem-orrhage. Increased serum Lp(a)are a strong indicator for cerebral infarction.
